Generally speaking we can carry out the house clearance on average in 1 to 2 days. However the time it takes will highly depend on the job size, access and specifications.

Any items we remove from your property that are to be disposed of are taken to the official and legal recycling centres to be recycled. A copy of waste transfer notices can be provided upon request.

No we can work around your needs, we just need access to the property and this can be achieved by giving keys to neighbours, family, leaving them in a safe place or we can collect from a place of your choosing. Once we have finished we ensure the property is locked and secure and will return the keys. It is also possible for us to use the postal service for this process.

When we dispose of your waste we receive a waste transfer notice from the recycling center, we can provide you with copies of these upon request.

Yes if you believe that you may have items of value for example antiques or high end furniture etc we can either pay cash for your items or offset the cost against any other clearance work that needs carrying out. We work closely with an antiques & collectibles expert to determine the value.

We most certainly can upon request, our team of specialist cleaners can carry out a deep clean of the property once it is cleared to get it ready to be put on the market. We also can offer carpet & window cleaning.

Please note cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning will incur extra costs, we can however offer a package deal.
