There's nothing stopping you from carrying out the end of tenancy cleaning yourself unless it is stipulated in your rental contract.

You are not required to pay a professional company to carry out the end of tenancy clean unless stipulated in your contract.

However, your landlord has the legal right to bring in a professional company after you leave to carry out the clean, taking the money to pay the company from your deposit. IF the property wasn't left as clean as it was when you moved in.

Yes, please de-frost your freezer before we visit, remember to ensure you have something down to prevent any flooding. If you do not de-frost the freezer and still require it to be cleaned, extra charges may apply.

Upon doing a site visit and quotation we will check for parking. If the only option is a car park then you will be responsible for the fee.
